    Principal
    Lisa Williams is the founder and Principal of Cap8 Doors & Hardware. In her current role, she is responsible for ensuring that the organizational capacities are aligned with the targeted strategic direction of the Company. Prior to founding Cap 8 Doors & Hardware, Lisa co-founded and served as broker for a full-service real estate brokerage company, Senate Realty Corporation. Ms. Williams was responsible for developing and implementing the strategic direction of the Corporation. Through her vision, she was able to grow Senate Realty into one of the largest minority owned real estate brokerage firms in the District of Columbia. Prior to Senate, Lisa worked across a multitude of industries as a Business Strategy and Process Improvement Consultant for Deloitte Consulting. Ms. Williams is actively involved with building relationships with key business and community constituents. Lisa is a member of DC Builders Industry Association (DCBIA), serves on the Governance Board of the Door and Hardware Institute (DHI), and is an active participant in Food and Friends. Ms. Williams received her MBA from Duke University and B.S. from Florida A&M University.

    Chief Financial Officer
    Leah Spezialetti has nearly 15 years of construction and project accounting experience and manages the administrative and financial aspects of numerous multi-million-dollar construction projects, from ground-up construction to subcontracting and build-outs. Concentrating on efficiency maximization, Leah’s expertise focuses on identifying key financial strengths and weaknesses within the organization. As such, she plays a vital role in identifying Cap8’s strategic initiatives. Leah holds a B.S. in Writing and Editing for Publication from the S.I. Newhouse School at Syracuse University and draws on this background to manage problem resolution and client interfacing.
    Chief Operating Officer

    Sergio Perez joined Cap8 Doors & Hardware as Chief Operating Officer in Fall of 2017. His background includes careers in manufacturing, logistics, and automotive services. Through his 18 years of experience in managerial and logistics roles, Sergio has gained an extensive knowledge of operations, timeline management, and best communication practices to ensure projects and issues are handled professionally and efficiently.

    Sergio is currently responsible for all the areas of operations which include warehousing, distribution, and installation. His main focus is to ensure timely delivery of materials to each jobsite and oversee the planning and execution of the installation process.

    Sergio graduated from the General Sarmiento University with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, and in 2021 received his Executive M.B.A. from OBS Business School at the Universitat de Barcelona, which he uses to optimize resources, materials, and warehouse procedures. Additionally, he has a Zero Harm Certification in safety.
